AV-20-S Update to 1.8.0 Has Transponder Control

There is an error that needs to be cleared. The AV-20-S should not have a transponder control.

- WORKAROUND: Go into SETUP -> PAGE ENABLE->CLOCK. Disable the clock then re-enable it. This should make the transponder control page disappear.
