pingUSB Installer Download

This article was created to help customers needing help downloading the pingUSB installer application. 

1. Make sure that it is a "Windows" based laptop. 

2. Go to the pingUSB support page on our website located here.

3. Click on "pingUSB Utilities".

4. Click to download the pingUSB Installer.

5. You should have a download menu appear at the top right of your window with the below message.

6. Hover over it with you mouse and click on the three dots and click "Keep"

7. Click on the down arrow next to "Delete" and click "Keep Anyway".

8. You should be able to open the application from there.
