Mount Bracket Installation for Power Supply Box

If you plan to install your Casia G device on a pole or mast, read and follow the instructions below OR watch the instructional video, to learn how to install the necessary mounting brackets for the power supply box.

If you plan on placing the Casia G on a tripod, these instructions can be skipped.

1. To test if you supply is functional, plug in the supply box and ensure the red LED on the outside of the enclosure illuminates.

2. With the back of the supply box facing upwards, begin by grabbing the two brackets and placing them in orientation as shown:

   

NOTE: There are two sets of screws supplied: threaded plastic screws and smaller machine screws. We will only be using the threading plastic screws for this procedure. You can set the machine screws aside.

3. Grab the supplied washer screws and place them over the threaded plastic screws. The screw will go through the bracket and into the supply box.
4. Use the screwdriver to loosely tighten the first screw. This will allow you to slide the bracket and get it centered before tightening the next screw. Secure the second screw.

5. Ensure the two holes are equally spaced:

   

   

6. Repeat the same process for the second bracket.
7. Once all screws are tightened, ensure that neither of the brackets are able to shift.
8. Next, grab the supplied band clamps and cut off the zip tie.
9. Loosen the screw that tightens the band clamp using a flathead or the open socket of an interchangeable screwdriver.

10. Once the band clamp is open, thread clamps through openings on the bracket.

    

11. Once through, thread through backside of band clamp. Slightly tighten with screwdriver.
12. Repeat the same process for the second band clamp.
13. Assembly is not complete. Move on to the “Power Supply Box Installation” video.
