ROHS-REACH EC Declaration of Conformity

This page publishes the uAvionix EC Declaration of Conformity with RoHS Directive 2015/863 (RoHS 3) and REACH Regulation No 1907/2006.

RoHS is Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015 amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of restricted substances. Directive 2011/65/EU is the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

REACH is Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

The declaration applies to all uAvionix Inc. products and packaging.
